• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3 to 7 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

• To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the artwork and packaging along with your order details.

• Customized and commissioned artworks may have special return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of your order.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly once your return is approved.
